This policy reflects the nature of the research compounds we sell: once a product leaves our facility, we cannot verify its handling, storage, or chain of custody, and cannot guarantee product integrity if it were returned to us.

If your order arrives damaged in shipping, or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@afwellnessrecovery.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will work with you directly to resolve it.

Shipping cost: Standard shipping is a flat $15. Orders totaling $300 or more ship free automatically, no code required.

Delivery time: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–7 business days via USPS or UPS.
